Dannelle Palmer

Chief Operating Officer at OncoBay Clinical

Dannelle Palmer serves as the Chief Operations Officer at OncoBay Clinical.  She has over 20 years of global clinical development experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnologies, and global CRO organizations leading clinical research teams with an emphasis on enhancing the performance and efficiency of innovative oncology clinical research. Dannelle’s expertise and experience ranges from clinical development planning and regulatory consulting to leading studies from first in human through FDA and EMA approval. For the past 14 years, she has held executive level positions focused on portfolio leadership, strategic leadership, and customer relationship development.

Kathleen Johnson RN, BSN, MSN, ANP-BC

Nurse Practitioner and Sub-Investigator at Georgetown University

Kathleen is a clinician with the Georgetown University Memory Disorders Program for more than 20 years.  She works collaboratively with her Georgetown team and study sponsors to expand recruitment and improve retention, transition to hybrid study protocols, and create a positive experience for the research volunteers.  She is certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Melissa Poindexter, R.N., BSN

President of Advances In Health (AIH)

Melissa Poindexter, R.N., BSN, is president of Advances In Health (AIH), established in 1998.  AIH is an independent clinical research site, collaborating on Phase I – IV trials, in Houston, Texas.  Melissa is a member of the Consortium for Diversity in Clinical Research (CDCR), SCRS, ACRP, DIA and SOCRA.

Emily Eldh

Senior Director of Compliance Programs at Advarra

Emily Eldh joined Advarra in 2019 and is the Senior Director of Compliance Programs.  As an expert in human subjects research, She has close to twenty years of experience conducting, organizing, and regulating human subjects research at both community hospital sites and large academic medical centers.  Prior to joining Advarra, Emily most recently served as the Director of the Office for Human Research Studies, the office responsible for overseeing the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center’s human subjects research protection program.  Emily has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is a Certified IRB Professional.

CEO of Signant Health

Roger Smith joined Signant Health as Chief Executive Officer to guide the company during an exciting time of evolution and growth. Roger is focused on realizing the company’s immense unlocked value by leading customers to aggressive adoption of eCOA, IRT, and Endpoint Solutions individually, as a platform to future direct-to-patient trial conduct.

Bill has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 30 years. He is a seasoned strategist in product innovation and implementation across a breadth of eClinical solutions, and a scientific thought leader in eCOA and the use of sensors and wearables.

Dan is at the forefront of innovation for electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA), outcome analytics, and digital technologies. He has authored a patent as well as various publications on clinical research technologies.

TODD EVERHART, MD

Clinical Vice President, Internal Medicine at Signant Health

Todd is board-certified in internal medicine. As a fellow of the American College of Physicians, Todd brings over 23 years of experience practicing medicine and over 12 years experience working in clinical development.

GARY SACHS, MD

Vice President, Clinical Science at Signant Health

Gary is the Therapeutic Area Leader in bipolar disease and mood disorders at Signant. He lends his extensive experience in rater training and the methodologies of mood and anxiety disorder research to support studies.
